Nice but not long lasting.

My TP holder is about 5 years old. After about 4 years, the right side wall bracket and 'body' became loose and with the pivoting arm coming to rest on it, the weight eventually caused the body bracket to fall to the floor. This caused the plastic 'end cap' to break where the pivot arm rests. I glued it back together and kept using it. The right-side 'body' bracket became so loose again that it fell and broke the plastic again. The set screw was tightened each time, but was not catching on the wall bracket to keep it snug. I've repaired the plastic part of the 'body' bracket with plumbers tape and tightened the wall bracket, but the bracket and body mount do not fit snug even after tightening the set screw as much as possible. I've spent too much time trying to fix the plastic and mounting bracket and screw, and it's close to its 5 year warranty anyway. Not sure what I'll buy, as I have the entire matching Lahara collection in my bathroom.

Poor design, bring back the double post

When using the template and drywall wall plugs the slightest error and the pivoting arm does not close properly. It works when installed into wood studs or vanities but not drywall. The base plate has screw slots for vertical error but not for horizontal which is needed. Change your base plate and post design or bring back the old double post with more room for error.

So Disappointing!

I remodeled my master bath with the Lahara series. I even ordered the coordinating Lahara light fixture. It's absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the toilet paper holder is not functional. Because the end post swivels up with the arm, you cannot slide the toilet paper roll over the post! Pretty to look at, but what good is it if you can't slide the paper on to the arm! Now I have to go find another toilet paper holder that works and that will look good with my Lahara collection.
