Delta Kate 1-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet, Chrome

This completely fell apart :( The hose portion just dangles and the handle to turn the water on/off doesnt turn off properly without a lot of maneuvering. Also, it doesnt maneuver in a way that captures any cold water at this point either. Lukewarm is the coolest you can get. Just not made well unfortunately :( Do they have replacement parts so I dont have to purchase a completely new faucet?

I was reading reviews. I just paid for it to be installed and a week later the hot and cold little piece fell out and the handle is loose. Someone else in reviews said the same thing. I just paid a lot for the faucet and for it to be installed. How do I fix it?? It is less than two weeks old.

Had a plumber install it so I can't comment on that, but I do love the faucet. My only problem is the faucet "hot cold" handle is somewhat loose. I guess the set screw fell out. I don't see that anywhere on the parts list. This is very inconvenitnt as the hardware store guy said I really have to know the size. Set screws are dumb

So, I have had this faucet for about 8 years or so. It has a couple of great features but a couple of really bad features as well. The good. 1) the brass weight that is used to assist with the pull down spray wand works better than any other system I've tried. 2) Delta's lifetime warranty is very good. 3, it looks good. The bad. 1) Your water valve piece will fail. It's just a matter of time. The handle attaches to the valve with a friction fit screw to a flat section on the valve shaft. This will wear out. Why doesn't the flat section have a small divot so that the screw fits into it and never moves? There is so much play as the wear between the screw and the valve shaft that it wears out and now I need to try to shut the water off 3-4 times before it stops dripping. If I take the handle completely off of the valve and just use the shaft, it shuts off every time no problem, so it is obviously the play between the handle and the valve. 2) The small black plastic fitting that holds the sleeve assembly on the water valve is very fragile. Be really careful if you ever need to remove it to adjust anything. The suggestion 1) the soap dispenser holder is too small to be of much use. I bought a 1/4 inch hose about 4 feet long and put a Costco sized soap container under my sink. I filled up the hose with water just to remove the air. Attached one end(Compression fit) to the soap dispenser without the holder. The other end goes into the costco sized soap container. Pump the water out and voila! you have soap that lasts more than a year without refilling. 2) Sell the black plastic piece separate from the sleeve assembly.

Just installed this product. I'm not a professional installer, so it took an hour or so longer than it should have because the installation instructions/illustrations (both printed included in the box and the same on-line) do not match the product very well. Even the cover page does not match the product. Left me guessing on how to install some pieces.
