Ok faucet. I spent hours trying to get the bathtub spout to stop leaking water from behind it (against the wall). I said HOURS...what a waste of time. Finally I flanged the edge of the copper pipe,forced it on, then siliconed the living bejesus out of it so it doesnt spin. Was it worth it?? NO. The only good part about this is it controls volume and temperature so you can choose the force of the water coming through...

No, I do not recommend this product.

Wouldn't buy again

I bought this and installed it. For some reason the hot water side kept leaking. I tried everything (Teflon tape, plumbing joint compound), and redid the piping about 9 times attempting to get it to stop, and it never did. Maybe I had a defective product, who knows. The other connections didn't leak, just the left side, so I know I wouldn't doing anything wrong. I wouldn't buy it again, it was a huge frustration and I spent hours cutting the pipe, reconnecting, and re-soldering only to get it to keep leaking.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: is the valve pressure balanced? The Valve that comes with this faucet, is it pressure balanced valve or a simple valve? Pressure balanced valve is the one which helps keep water temperature within a range during variation in water pressure.
