My Tap started to drip out of the faucet so I narrowed it down to the Cartridge in the handle needing to be replaced. I couldnt find a part number as I had thrown out the box already. I called the 1800 number to see if I could get the part number to order the proper Cartridge. She explained to me that there is a lifetime warranty on it and they will send me one at no cost. She took all my information in less then 10 minutes and said I would have my part within 3 day. Very happy and great customer service.
I also really love the kitchen faucet.

Good From Afar, Far From Good

First year of use was good, but now its slowly dying. Coating is peeling, water flow is very slow, and the shower function only stays on while pushing the button. Good temporary set, but not something that will last.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Coating peel off

After 2 years , the coating just peel off. we usually clean it by water only (no chemical ), i strongly advise that do not buy the black finishing one .

Super easy install
a month ago
Replaced an industrial style chrome faucet that sprung a leak in multiple places. Was dreading having to crawl under it the sink to install. Pleasantly surprised to be able to tighten the clamping mechanism from the top.
Removal and install took less than 30 mins.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Do I have to keep holding the button to switch to spray function?

A: Yes and this should be more evident on the item description. I am really disapointed about this... i contacted Danze support to know if it is possible to switch the head to another that holds the spray function and they said it cannot... I'm thinking of replacing the faucet just for that reason... other than that, the faucet works well for now, easy to install and no leak. Lespoils

Q: Bought and love this item! It’s seems a little wobbly even after Re tightening the tiny screw with Allan key provided. Any way to stop this?
