Breaks after frequent use

Wonderful waffles. Just bad/ cheap design. Parts are plastic - used it about 15 times then the plastic broke

Best Waffles!

It’s not the recipe that makes the best waffles, it’s using the right appliance. A rotating waffle maker like this one makes light fluffy waffles that NEVER STICK! And being non-stick surface plates means you don’t need to spray or brush oil on them. You don’t even need to wash them when you’re done. Just wipe them with a dry paper towel when cool and put the machine away. You won’t regret this purchase.

The waffles do come out beautiful but after only 3 months the back hub which has the wiring in it has snapped showing the plastic interior connections. No problem to get an exchange but 3 months later the same problem happened. I returned it and figured even though it was under warranty, the same problem exists and seems to be an issue. After 1 year it would have to be returned to the manufacturer with us paying the shipment. With the cost of shipping today I would be just as well to buy a new one. So I decided to take it back and look for one that may last longer and a better design.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This is a great machine. Made very sturdy and good looking but that is just the beginning. Very easy to follow instuctions and makes awesome waffles, any way you like them.

A: Beep 6 times when waffle is hot and ready to go and 3 beeps when waffle is ready to open. pour a bit less batter than line indicator on cup, close and turn right, when ready turn left and open.

A: No, you don't need to. The non stick coating doesn't require any spraying either. Any clean up you needed could be accomplished by warm water and a couple of Q-tips but unless you're opening it before it's totally cooked, you won't need to clean up.
