THE GRINDING IS VERY LOUD THE CLEAN UP PROCESS IS TEDIOUS

Uncharacteristically disappointed

I think this is an unusual experience as we have always been very impressed with Cuisinart. This coffee maker is NOT working properly, and while it is an older unit - we just began using it (it was a gift that we just opened as we have been happy with our previous Cuisinart brewer.

This is a replacement Grind & Brew coffeemaker. The original stopped working after 14 months. I contacted Cuisinart and without any difficulty, received a new machine.
