Poor attachment system

Get cramped up under your sink and try to tighten these tiny, way undersized half washers into the bottom of the tap opening and you can see it is pathetic. They come loose all the time, the tap spins around along with the base. Lousy system all around...not substantial in the least and prone to failure.

Faucet Head always falls

The faucet head falls after I installed it for a month. When you put it back, it falls again! The clip to hold the faucet head is a bit too small, it can't hold the head tightly. The most headache is to find a plumber to take it out & bring it back to Cantire to replace another one. I'm not sure if Cantire will do it or not. If not, I will need to find the plumber to put it back......

Great Quality, very satisfied

Picked up this faucet on sale and have no regrets, it feels like great quality. It was easy to install and the instructions were clear and detailed. I especially like the spring resistance on the pull down nozzle. My previous faucet was weighted and "clunked" when the weight would hit the wall or the plumbing. This faucet has a long spring that makes the operation of the pull out nozzle much smoother and much quieter.

Great Kitchen Faucet

Bought this faucet a month ago and I am not disappointed with my purchase. Easy to install, took only a few minutes to remove the old faucet and install this one. The spray function has lots of pressure behind it and powers through dirty dishes compared to my old faucet. Would definitely recommend this for your kitchen.
