I was excited with my first loaf. Really enjoyed it. However, the noise and banging during kneading was somewhat disturbing. Sounds like it is falling apart. This is something that needs to be addressed.

Bread Maker - so easy to use

Baking bread in a bread machine has proved to be a great buy. This machine does everything, from mixing the dough, rising the dough and then baking the dough. All I do is add the ingredients and walk away to do other things. Great tasting bread too!

Q: I desire a real crusty crust. Can this machine produce a high quality crust?

A: It has 3 darkness settings which make it crustier depending on how dark you go. However, I made the French Bread recently and even on the lightest setting it was really nice and crusty. It's a great machine, really love it.

Q: I have made 2 loaves of whole wheat bread and both times the loaf has risen too high and stuck to the top of the machine

A: Not knowing mor info I suggest, You make sure you sift the proper amount of flour. 3-1/2 cups of flour is more than 3-1/2 cups of sifted To much yeast will also increase the size.
