Fonctionne, mais ne refroidie plus

Après 2 ans environ, ne fonctionne plus, compresseur fonctionne tout le temps, la temprature ne change pas, reste à 22c, sélecteur à 10c

Bought this 3 years ago, stop cooling . Figured it would have lasted longer than that.would not buy from this manufacturer again. Thought Cuisinart Was a better quality product than this.disappointing

Très mauvais produit. Très, très bruyant au départ et durant sa période de refroidissement. C'est un refroidisseur que j'ai acheté et non un camion diésel. Ne recommande ce produit à personne.

Très beau look c’es un coup de cœurs

Le seul bémol, à toutes les fois qu’il arrête j’entends des bruits très fort venant du dos de l’appareil. Des gros craquements comme des coups de marteaux. Cela est très désagréable. J’ai monté la température à 7 C en pensant qu’il était trop froid à 5 C mais là je trouve le vin pas assez froid.

Q: Depuis environ 2 sem, j'entends un gros bruit, un gros TOC. Est-ce normal ? Le refroidisseur est au niveau avec de l'espace tout autour. Je l'ai depuis seulement 6 mois et n'a jamais fait ça avant.

Q: After 3 years of use our temp. setting stays at 5 degrees, cannot be adjusted, stays on the lowest setting. tried to reset by unplugging for 10 minutes and plug back in with no luck. Does not appear to be on the temperature lock Any other suggestions?

A: The temperature needs to be adjusted within the unlocked state. Please attempt to hold the lock key for 3 seconds to obtain unlocked state, then adjust the temperature

Q: Can this wine cooler be put into an existing cooler space, i.e. built in?

A: This is not a front venting unit so we do not recommend installing it as a built-in. The wine cooler should be placed 4” away from the wall to assist with heat dissipation.
