Purchased this sight a week ago, easily installs using top-rail of pistol. PROS: Great illumination, both red and green. Easily adjusts to required elevation and windage. Reticle select is a good feature. Not heavy for a pistol CONS: Reticle switch has some play that allows the selected reticle to slightly move up and down. I tightened the screws within the reticle switch and the dot/s looks holding up. The tactical crosshairs seems to move slightly up and down when the reticle select switch is tapped lightly. Not sure if this will change POI at certain distance. Crosman's website says this can be used on Rimfire and Small Caliber Pistols. The switch issue might be isolated with what I have.

Q: Can the CP Tactical be mounted directly to the Vigilante" The rail is so short I can see only 1 connection point for 1 ring. Is there a rail adapter of some kind that will allow a solid 2 point connection, or is just using the rear single point adequate ?
