APPROPRIATELY NAMED COMPLETE WASTE OF RESOURCES

Three of these were installed by my home builder Mattamy in a new home around 2011. I had to replace the seal between the base and the tank as it was disintegrated after 5 years on every one of then. On one the casting is so misshapen that the flapper won't seal and my water bill was huge until I detected the issue. They streak and show skids, are loud both flushing and filling, seat drops like a the log booby trap in Predator, even the handle rattles. They don't evacuate well, frequently plug up and it overflowed damaging a room below. Definitely the worst toilet I've ever seen.

Q: Your manual show this toilet as a Crane 3782-28, 1.28 GPF. Is this true?? Than it is not a 6L model???

A: Yes this toilet is a 6L. the insturctions are for both 6l and for 4.8L.
