Poor Axe

I would not buy this axe again, if you are looking for a small axe invest in the Fiskar X7 $10 more and way better....
Very dull of the shelf...

La hache n'est vraiment pas robuste. Il est mieux d'investir dans une hache de meilleur qualité. Ce qui ma découragé au magasin c'est le fait que son manche est creux.

Use it appropriately, and it's fine

Use it appropriately, and it does the job fine.
It's just over a foot long and weighs less than two pounds; should be obvious to the user that this thing is pretty much for making kindling.
This is NOT for chopping down trees or splitting logs; should be obvious.

Do Not Buy

This is too light of a hatchet. Your better off with a better model that splits wood. I carry a saw and a light Wood splitter tool. And use a rock to do the work. No I don't carry the rock around. The rubber handle will twist around the metal shaft. It is not worth buying! Even at 59 Cents! Unless u want to put in tent pegs. Rocks make good tent peg hammers! And you do not have to carry them!
