Been using Charmin Ultra Soft for a while now, and I very much enjoy the softness, durability, and the easy tear design. As a person in a wheelchair or bound to a bed, I get purplish from laying in one position too long. It is very painful and if it wasn't for the softness of your toilet paper, the pain would be alot worse than it already is... thank you Charmin

Long-time consumer. Smooth tear is a joke. Several rolls have torn improperly, with either no or shallow perforations - clearly a manufacturing issue.

Terrible product

This is the first time I've ever purchased Charmin. I will NEVER buy it again. I left large amounts of residue and tiny bits in the area where I wiped. This is a terrible product and should be banned.

J'ai acheté cette article le mois dernier chez Costco et je ne suis pas content. Il n'est plus ce qu'il était, maintenent il déchire a rien et il est moin épais qu'il était il y a 6 mois. Pas satissefait dutout.
Avant le vous donnais 5 étoiles et maintenant 2 au max.
