Q: What if my rim does not have a big hole in the center?
13 years agoA: The hub centre cap badge is easily knocked out with a light tap -- from behind -- with the butt of a screwdriver. Not by prying from the front. However, be sure your rim and tire can fit between the spacers as they aren't adjustable. Also, you may need help to lift the rim and tire high enough, horizontally (away from your clothes) to slide them down the pole.

Q: Does this product work if you don't have rims on your tires?
13 years agoA: No. Unless the weight of the tire is resting on the (~5" diameter) spacer disks, then the centre pole bears no weight, and could easily be pulled up and removed. On the other hand, your tires would be light enough for the device to work well as a trolley. Not sure why you wouldn't stack them on the floor for free.

Q: Will this stand hold 4 225/60/17 with the rims, without touching each other?
13 years agoA: My tires are 235 and they all fit with extra room. So 225's should fit.

Q: Does it have casters? All the flyer images of this show it on casters. Which for me would be handy.
14 years agoA: It comes with 6 very sturdy casters. Watch what tires you are buying it for. Not all size combination wheels and tires fit the pin locations.

A: Mon véhicule est équipé de pneus et jantes 205/R17. Le support est adéquat mais pas plus. En plus il faut retirer les sacs protecteurs pour les enfiler sur le support - difficile et salissant.

Q: Will this tire stand accomodate 2 - 20” 315 mm and 2 - 20” 275 mm with space between each tire?
7 years agoA: Although these are not complete tire sizes, we believe you have tires with 275mm and 315mm overall diameters? If so, this rack will not fit – it can accommodate tires up to 230mm overall width. We would prefer to recommend the MotoMaster Tire Dolly (Canadian Tire #09-1506) for your tires – and the two sizes would look neat stacked in the garage.
