I agree, all the hardware came included with mine as well. This is the 4th summer for mine now. Holds 150 foot hose no problem. I would highly recommend this!

I'm sorry that the last reviewer had such a bad experience? My unit came with screws for mounting- there are three holes in the unit to mount it to a wall. It's cast- fairly heavy- I feel good quality. Personally, I'm VERY happy with my purchase- bought mine on sale- solid- and very nice looking... would definitely recommend this hose hanger. :)

Sloppy Design - Useless to Me

Looks nice, but once it's put together it becomes very clear that there is no wall mounting hardware or brakets!! A closer look at the picture on the package and it shows it being hung on a lattice fence by an 'S'" hook! Wow! My intention was to mount it on a wall to hold a 100' hose---- Still plan on returning it!

Q: Where do the 3 wood screws go for mounting the hanger? I asked a similar question about this product a few days ago, but neither my question or an answer was provided.

A: There are three round holes on the hose hanger back plate, use these to mark pilot holes with a pencil. Drill pilot holes 1/8" (3mm) in diameter and 1/3" (8mm) deep. Please refer to attached image for more deatail or contact service at 1877-744-3649.

Q: It comes with 3 cylindrical brass pieces approximately 4" in length. No instructions or direction as what/how they are utilized.

A: It sounds like some parts from another product might have been mixed in with #59-3478 Cast Iron Hose Hanger. We don’t have any brass or tube pieces in our kit. We have attached a photo for your reference showing the components in the #59-3478. Our kit includes the 3 main cast iron pieces that form the hose hanger, 5 assembly bolts and 3 wood screws for mounting the hanger.
