We received our fireplace and put it together in about 2 hours, (un-boxing, sorting and installation). The directions were easy to follow. It's actually nicer than the one in the picture. It is perfect for our space and gives off great heat.

Really happy with this fireplace. it was easy to put together and the instructions were good. The firebox is awesome has a good flame that is really realistic and is quiet to run. It looks great with my 55 in.tv

My son and I assembled this in 2 hours from unpacking to finished. It was well packaged and there were no pieces marred or missing..
The unit looks good and meets my expectations. Fireplace looks fine and has several options for heat level, flame level etc. We opted for a wall mount for the TV, and the whole appearance is great.

Beep from shaw remotes

I love my fireplace , I got it for my birthday in December.
The major problem is... I have an Australian Shepherd that gets terrified of the beep sound it makes.
He thinks it is going to storm like a power outage.
I want to cover the sensor but, I can't find it.
It beeps with our Shaw remote as well.
I may have to sell it if you can't help me cover the sensor with tape or turn off the sound.
No, I do not recommend this product.
