The Cap Olympic Grip Weight Plate is great for muscle strengthening exercises, endurance training, and increasing flexibility and balance. Simply add the 45 lb weight plate to your fitness routine and enjoy improvements in muscle mass and strength. It is made from solid cast iron, with a special baked enamel exterior finish to withstand gruelling workouts. Besides, its 3-hole grip design allows for easy and safe handling while loading and unloading weights.
