One of my best purchases

I bought this table over 3 years ago and converted it to gas on day 1. It had been stored on a deck with just the cover and is literally with held all seasons of weather. Other then a chip I made when moving it remains in fantastic working order.

I bought this fire table 3 or more years ago. It came with a shower curtain type of cover which did not last too long in our inclement weather here in Nova Scotia Canada. The top of my table became pitted just like the other reviewers. So all I did was get some backsplash tiles and tiled the top of it. now it looks beautiful and it's always a hit with our guests...they all love it. So if yours started to pit, all you have to do is tile it with the choice of color you like.....and enjoy.

Lors de mon achat je l'ai essayé et la flamme ne montait pas et dès que j'essayais de l'augmenter. Tout s'éteignait. Je vous ai appelé et vous m'avez envoyé un nouveau controle mais il était déjà remisé pour l'hiver. J'ai voulu l'installer moi même mais j'ai préféré payer quelqu'un pour plus de sécurité. Mais là ça ne fonctionnait pas mieux on a ensuite fait passer de l'air et rien n'était bloqué. Encore une fois je l'ai remisé sans m'en servir. Aujourd'hui un spécialiste du gaz est venu chez moi et il m'a dit qu'il aurait besoin d'instructions supplémentaire car il ne comprenait pas le problème. Non seulement le flamme ne montent presque pas mais des flammes sortent en dessous. Si il ne trouve pas la solution je devrai le jeter sans avoir eu la chance d'en profiter une seule fois. Je suis amèrement déçue

Awful quality!

Purchased last year, placed in storage over winter with the cover which was provided. Uncovered to find the top surface is splitting & crumbling. the longer it sits on the deck the worse it gets. Such a terrible waste of money! Highly disappointed!

Mine has done the same thing as everyone else's. The top and the base are discoloured and peeling. I spoke with an agent at the manufacturer and he sent me some repair suggestions. Looks like it's gonna be more money and time invested in an already expensive product. Do not waste your money on this!

A: Earlier I uploaded pics. Manufacturer was nice to deal with. After gathering some information from my father-in-law and other handy types in my neighbourhood... Rustoleum 'self-etching primer' was placed down as the base coat after a bit of light sanding and scrubbing with paint thinner - as directed on the spray can. Following instructions on can further for time/temp/humidity I applied a few coats of Rustoleum Painters Touch Ultra Cover Paint and Primer (yes has built in primer I don't know if this is redundant or now) took different colours home and colour selected was Satin Dark Walnut. Seems to be a very good match with the original finish. I did not do the whole unit, just the top. Painters tape and cardboard around the sides and over the lava rock. Too early to tell if this will hold up, but the experts (father-in-law, and handy friends) indicate that it should.

Q: The paint on this table has peeled and chipped. Looks terrible. What are my options? It's not even a year old and it's always stored properly/covered.

Q: Can you use other rocks (ie the fire table lava glass) in place of the lava rocks that come with the table?

A: Thanks for reaching out! You can absolutely use the LavaGlass with this unit, just be sure to place the glass over the rocks, as this will maintain the needed oxygen for the flame. You will only need about 15-20 lbs of the half inch size. Q: Can you store this covered outside during winter? What would you suggest for storage for off season? I bought my table last fall. Used it a couple times and love it!! This year we pulled it out and it is chipping and pieces are falling off :(

A: No, the table is too low to hide the propane tank under it. It comes with a 9ft long hose to hide the propane tank around a corner or behind a chair, etc.

A: This item is made to be used outdoors. Combustible should be at least 72 inches from the top and at least 48 inches from the back or sides of the fire table.
