Love this, absolutely don't know how I baked and cooked without one for years..... I use for chocolate and milk so it won't burn and its so easy to use, makes baking so much easier now. Durable, heavy and ding-proof. Washes well and handy for so many dishes and recipes. A must for all chefs.
