Noisy and ineffective

This hood was already installed in a house I purchased. The fan is very noisy and has an irritating sound profile. The 2 speed options for the fan change its noise but without any discernable difference in extracting performance (which is unremarkable on both settings). I end up using it as sparingly as possible

Noise machine that does nothing

I did not buy this myself, but it was included with the house I bought. I'm looking forward to replacing it ASAP. It's extremely noisy and ineffective, save your money and invest a little more on something decent

Fan piece broke

The plastic fan piece broke and wouldn't turn right. Trying to find a replacement, but have had no luck so far.

Price is right

You get what you pay for. The fan is very noisy and even on low speed very loud. A good one will cost a lot more however.

Bad Purchase

I do not recommed this fan. The actual fan part was installed improperly, when we turned it on, it would hit the sides. We can not put the filter in because the fan is hanging too low and hits the filter when it is on. The light cover looks awful. It also hangs weird. Lets put it this way, you pay $43.77 for a range hood, your going to get $43.77 worth of product. Definitely worth it (if you can) to spend a little more money.

A: There is hole in each corner that you COULD put screws in but I don't recommend it.

Q: about ventilation.If a range hood says that its convertible for vented or non-ducted ventilation, does that mean that I dont have to vent it.

A: Just remove the piece in front and tape over holes with aluminum duct tape.
