Broadstone Instant XL Cot

We bought two of these and used them camping on our last trip( a 3 nighter). I always kind of suffer through air matress sleeping and found this cot to be just an awesome sleep. It's really sturdy and feels solid to be on. You can sit on the edge of it (off the side or off the end) and it's still really sturdy. It has a really substantial build quality and I expect it will last a long time. Time will tell... The only two down sides is that if you are tenting on gravel pads, you might want to put something between the feet of the cot and the tent floor. (or under the tent I guess) These cots kind of grind the tent floor as you sleep. The other down side is that the canvas does creak a little when you roll over. I don't notice, but my wife did. There might be something you could do about this, but we have only gone on the one trip so far, so I'm not sure. Be aware of the size of these cots too. They are long and wide. We have a giant three room tent and two of these took up pretty well half the tent. It's worth it for a good sleep IMO. Keep in mind you have the space beneath them for storing bags and stuff too, so in a way you don't lose as much space as you would sleeping on the ground with you gear around you.

J'ai acheté ce lit de camp hier en spécial et il semble très confortable, sécuritaire, d'une bonne hauteur largeur et longueur. Avec un sac de transport solide. Après en avoir essayé plusieurs auparavant, cette fois j'ai trouvé le bon.

Looks good and seems to work OK, Time will tell for sure.
