Heating element failed

I enjoyed the toaster until the center heating element failed after 18 months. The center element only toasts on high when toasting on bagel setting otherwise it only has a low glow for regular toasting. One side is toasted the other is not. It must be an issue with the controller. I have seen other reviews with similar issues.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Quite a Bit Less

Disappointed from the first slice. If a toaster is made with long slots for wider bread, then it should have toasting elements ALL the way across. This one lacks toasting elements in the center, leaving the center of the bread unevenly toasted.

No, I do not recommend this product.
