Opens Cans Only When it Wants to

I bought this and tried to open a can with it. It didn't automatically latch onto the can and start to open it as the advertisement says. It is not obvious where exactly the can should be placed for it to start opening it. Sometimes it did but most of the time it didn't. Very frustrating and, as far as I'm concerned, this can opener is worthless.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Difficult to Use

This opener is difficult to use. If you don’t hit the exact sweet spot for the can to be gripped, the can drops off. I would not buy it again.

I was getting too old to use my old manual can opener. The EasyCut goes nice and smooth and is easy to use. I should have gotten this long ago!!!!!

Try this can opener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a real good can opener. Its easy to use. I love the black color that matches all my other appliances and kitchen decor. It cuts the tops of cans totally off so that you can't cut yourself. Its small and lightweight. Fits great in a corner of the counter.
