The cyclonic action creates powerful suction that lifts away the most stubborn dirt. Three-stage filtration captures and holds dirt, dust and other allergens and has washable filters.

Not staying together

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The vacuum works great but during the first use the plastic hose and metal hose keep coming apart. My husband bought this for me and I think I may return it. Very frustrating.

Short of duct taping the tube pieces together I can not get the tubes and hose to stay together with consistency. Why can you develop a simple click & turn to connect the pieces
