[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Order Number 42434018 Every time I try to clean one spot on the carpet, it leaves 1-3 grease marks on the carpet. This thing is brand new!! Explain why this happens? Are you refurbishing old junk to?

Q: Do you carry the cleaners for compact/portable models or this spotbot specifically?

A: There are 3 options for portable Spot Cleaning carried at Canadian Tire. Choose either: SpotClean CTC SKU 53-2703 or SpotClean Pet CTC SKU 53-1535 and then boost cleaning with the Oxygen 2 formula 53-2704 to permanently remove those stains: Please note these formulas are specific for portable machines. Full size machine formulas should not be used with portable machines.

A: It really is a matter of preference... the Bissell's little green clean machine 43-6270 is light, compact, portable design that allows for easy storage. As effective as any full size cleaning machine, and has the advantage of getting into hard-to-reach spots. Unlike conventional chemical cleaners that push the stains deeper, the Little Green uses its powerful suction to lift up spills before they set-in. Use to clean spots and spills, small areas, upholstery, auto interiors, stairs and more. Safe and effective to use on virtually all carpet types. It includes tough stain brush with 3 rows of bristles to lift stubborn stains. The tank has a 1.4L capacity, cleaner has a power rating of 3amps and a cord lenght of 15".
