Terrible reliability

Terrible reliability. 2 of the motor brush heads have broken within 2 years of ownership. The plastic tube in the brush head breaks and cannot be replaced. Second bush head seized up. This thing is barely stressed and sweeps up light dust…
My old Dyson was way more reliable. You’ll end up spending as much on the machine and replacement parts compared to a Dyson which won’t break after 2 years. Sending this thing to the recycler and heading back to Dyson

Absolute Trash

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Used this vacuum gently for approximately 3 months. Then it died. Completely. Won't turn on. What a waste of money and a terrible product. I've also contacted Bissell because I purchased directly through their site, and they directed me to contact the retailer I purchased from for a refund. I purchased from YOUR site. Absolutely useless.

Wouldn't buy again

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I use this as a kitchen helper/crumbs and what not. The suction is not great. Don't bother using on carpet, not worth swapping out the rollers. Only lasted a year the motor stopped working wouldn't shut up, the beater bar stopped spinning. Takes. A long time to charge, dust cup is fairly small.

Clogs Constantly

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Very disappointing. This vacuum clogs in 4 different places every time I vacuum and I have to take it apart and shove needlenose pliers/ chopsticks through it to clear out the debris. I have a 6 lb rabbit and this 'pet' vacuum cannot handle the small amount of hair and dust I use it to vacuum. I have to sweep up anything larger than a blueberry (/rabbit poop) before vacuuming. It doesn't pick up anything from the carpets and the carpet attachment is constantly clogged. Horrible design and quality

Battery didn't lasts 2 years

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) A product that doesn't lasts 2 years is not a good product. I don't have the receipt so I can't use the 2 years warranty . You can't change only the battery so I have to throw the whole thing. What a waste.

A: Yes, you can do both floors and carpets with the same attachment. I have not had to switch to the soft floor brush.
