Ride height on this model is a scam

Vacuum works great and is easy to clean. Only problem with it is the ride height dial. It doesn't actually engage so it rides as if its meant for bare floor. I have higher carpet and I believe this is what caused my first one to ware out the roller brush, and to get a replacement in canada costs basically what it would for a new vacuum.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Defective piece of garbage. Not worth any money

You take it out of the box. Assemble it to their exact specifications. You go to us it and it is spraying dust everywhere. You look at all the connections and it's not coming out of the connections. The dust is coming directly through the plastic tubing of the vaccoom. Very clearly this was not built with any quality or thought for the consumer. Spend your money elsewhere

Not great for seniors

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I use this on a 5' x 7' area rug but mostly on wood or tile floors. The brush roll doesn't last long and the belt that drives it needs replacing often requiring replacement. (Both the roller and belt.) The hand power roller brush doesn't work well. The worst feature is the foot activated power switch which is terrible for anyone but an athlete! No part #'s listed in the manual. It does do a decent job if you can keep it clean and running!

Not overly impressed

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought vac and few months later it began to smoke. Store warranty was in effect so got another. Now after the original store warranty expired smoking again. I have cats and used vac once a week. Always cleaned collection and filter regularly. But now same problem after store warranty expired, goes by original one purchased. I know another who has same vac and no issues but no cats though high traffic with dirt and dog hair. Partly why I chose this model. Now after 2 vacs smoking I begin to think possibly not what I want. Who wants to buy same vac annually and hope it breaks while under warranty? No easy way to get repairs or parts.

I love this product.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I drive a School Bus, and we park in a mud yard. I take my bus shoes off in the Garage. As the mud on the bottom of my shoes dries, it drops on the carpet in the Garage. I have tried stick vacs, to no avail! This vacuum actually cleans the dried mud from the carpet very quickly!

Q: I bought my Easy Vac last August and noticed from day one that it seems to pull out the wool of my carpets. Every week I empty the canister and it fells like I hadn’t vaccumed for weeks. I would like to know why? Thanks.

A: Hi Pat - it sounds like your vacuum is suctioning well! You'd have to contact your carpet manufacturer regarding your carpet shedding fibers. The vacuum suctions loose dirt, hair and debris.
