Great buy! Clean when I want/need better than rent

So far it lives up to the other reviews. I bought this cleaner after a good bit of research. But research alone is not enough. I found satisfaction during the cleaning especially when emptying the waste tank which showed the dirt and grim the professional cleaner did not get. The carpet came much better than expected.

This machine is well built and does a wonderful job cleaning and picking up the cleaning water from the carpet. We use it three times a year, cleaning ninety eight apartments. I have only had to use the service center once and they were great to work with. Great Machine and great company to work with.

Great Unit. Easy to set up and run. Initial cleaning went better than expected. Surprised on how much was pulled from the carpet as it did not look very dirty. Just wanted to freshen-up the room and was surprised on what the BGM pulled up.

Best carpet cleaner we have tried!

I bought this machine in 2024 and it has worked so well, I bought a second one in 2025. This way I don’t have to take it from the main floor to the upstairs rooms. It cleans the carpets so well and is very easy to assemble and disassemble to clean.
