Q: how often do the HEPA filters have to be replaced? what is the cost of the replacement filters?
9 years agoA: Thank you for your inquiry. Typically HEPA filters will need to be changed every 4 months. True HEPA may have to be changed every 12 months. The effectiveness and life of the filter can vary and will depend on the individual conditions in your home. Unusually dirty duct work, construction work, furniture or drywall sanding, pets, the presence of smokers and running the fan continuously are some of the things that can shorten the life of your filter.
