Horrible Quality

Two have broken within 6 months. The plastic cracks, then water gets in and quickly oxidizes the cable. In little time, the dog will not even have to pull on the cable to break it. I will never trust this to protect my dog again.

Horrible product. 2 broke within 6 months.

This product is unsafe for pets. In November, the cable broke and my dog almost got hit by a car... I thought it was a fluke, so I bought another cable, and that one just broke in February... Shame on me... Two very close calls because I trusted this chain. I am grateful my dog is still alive, and I will never buy or recommend this product. The plastic cracks, water gets in plastic, then the cable rusts rapidly.

If you don't want your dog to die, then do not buy this

This past summer, this chain broke and my dog ran away and almost got killed on a busy road. Thank God for good neighbors! Fast forward to last night- another close call after another one broke...two of these chains broke within 6 months... the plastic breaks and water gets underneath to rust it out. I thought maybe the first time was just a fluke, so I got another one... shame on me a guess. Please take this off your shelf so it does not kill any animals!

The cable has kept my four legged friend from taking off on his adventures. It is not rusting under the plastic like the last one I had. The plastic coating is in great shape and has no cracks. The spring clip that attaches to the collar is free moving. Would recommend.

It was exactly what i needed, worked great, like that its coated, never got stuck on anything. Used it for my 100lb dog. Very strong.
