Pole receptacle not adjustable.

False advertising. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before purchasing. The box says it can fit pole sizes up to a certain diameter. However there is no adapter or a way to adjust the hole the tree fits in. Unless your tree happens to be the exact right diameter, it won't fit. Shame on Canadian Tire for getting so many bad reviews but continuing to sell a product that lies about its functionality.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The box said it worked with all artificial trees under a certain height. This is false. It did not work for our tree. There is no way to tighten the holder to secure the tree to the stand. So you gotta hope your tree trunk is the exact size of the hole in this stand. My was not, so it just tilted, almost tipping over. We had to return it.

Easy to assemble. The stand was for a my artificial tree. So I had to use some cardboard to fill in the whole. The whole in the stand was too big likely was designed for a real tree.

Q: I have a christmas tree with this base/stand, but the leg broke. Am I able to buy this stand for it and just replace it? I bought this Christmas tree last year and the model # is 151-1103-0, Lighted Nordic Fir Tree.

Q: I know the feature sz that it'll hold from 2 to 3 cm but do you think the screws can tighten enough for a 1 1/2 cm pole

A: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it will fit 1.5cm diameter. It is likely that it would fit, however without seeing it the vendor cannot guarantee to the customer.

Q: How do you remove the center piece once it is in the base? Put together the stand the plastic long center piece that the tree goes into seems to be stuck in the base how do I remove this?

A: The middle piece should just slide in and out of the “feet” pieces. If it is stuck I would recommend to try some kind of lubricant or return it under warranty for an exchange.
