I use these for baked and refrigerated desserts and lasagna, the glass showcases the layers. I also bake chicken dishes, etc. just remember to reduce oven temperature 25 degrees because these are glass compared to metal tins. I fill with hot water, then use a nylon scouring pad to clean these without scratching. The glass handles make them easy and safe to use.
