Will not last

Have owned for 3 years. Although this elliptical feels very solid and good quality when new, it has not lasted the test of time despite regular care and maintenance. Second major steel part has broken on the weld. I regret this purchase.

Elliptical lost resistance/elevation functions-useless now

Bought the elliptical, worked for about a year then the resistance/elevation functions stopped working. Emailed, called their support, absolutely no answer. Probably the worst support on a product I've ever seen- I'm surprised canadian tire even works with this abysmal company. Don't buy unless you want an oversized coat hanger.

Worked great for a couple years, then this happened...

Got this product a couple years ago and it worked great for about 2 years and lately it has been nothing but problems. Parts coming loose and now a significant defect in the product as the steel has bent and broken from the weld

Don't do it!

Had 2 major parts replaced and service calls since purchased October 2018, and certainly not from overuse. Can't see this lasting many years. AFG not quick to respond to emails, need to call them everytime there is an issue.

A: No; it is not fold-able. There is a "handle" on the back-end and 2 small wheels on the front that allow the unit to be moved by one ("strong") person.

Q: can i use the Product #84-4929-8 in the socend floor or it shoud be in the basement.

A: Not all floors are created equal. The unit is about 240 lbs; add to that your body weight. The unit has 3 weight bearing points; so the total weight is not focused at one point. Any floor that does not "bounce" with 3 or 4 people "bouncing" in one section of the floor should indicate that the floor there will suffice.

Q: Would this work with a ceiling height of 81 inches for a 5’3 and a 5’8 person? If not is there another model you can suggest.

A: 3314350 It would work for the 5’3 person. The 5’8 person would be up against the ceiing. We have some of the lowest step on heights in the industry so I am not sure if there would be any models in this price point that would be able to accommodate a 81” ceiling.

A: the packaging dimensions are 50' deep x 21" wide x 30.5" high and weighs 247 lbs. you can use it on the second floor as long as you have the space and height required for this unit.
