    Great tire for 15" rims

My small sports car has 15" rims and there are very few tires available now for that size. I've driven with these tires on dry pavement, in heavy rain, and on dirt roads now and they are very good. They also "feel" good through the steering wheel, if you know what I mean.

    • A: I drive a 1999 Toyota Camry and for me it is pretty quiet. It was a great difference from my old tires. My old tires had a bit of humming noise.

Q: Is this tire enough for 1 to 5 mm of snow?

    1 Answer
    • A: No because of temperature and tread depth. A winter tire would be a much safer choice. New they have 9mm of tread. When they reach 5mm they're no longer safe for snow driving. Winter tires tread design makes them last longer and perform better even at their lower limits. Cold temperatures and the harder rubber all season tire give less grip than winter tires up to 20% difference.
