I had to return all the tires because 2 of them were already over 5 yrs old!! The other 2 were 2 yrs old but I could not find 2 more to match them. Also, you website needs a major upgrade as it is extremely difficult to find the tires I want to buy because of incorrect vehicle requirements.

Buyer beware. The one star rating is based on Canadian Tire selling me these tires and they were already 3 years old. Terrible experience. And Canadian Tire doesn't see anything wrong with it. If you do buy from them, check the date code and ask for fresh tires.

Best Winter Tire on the market!

This will be my 3rd set of Blizzak DMV2s. They are incredible winter tires. Honestly, they make winter driving feel like you are in dry pavement, no matter what the conditions are actually like. Before I bought the last set, I had a friend really highly recommend the Nokian Hakkapeliitta, so I thought what the heck and bought a set from an orange tire shop. They were horrible!! Pretty much the same as a regular set of ‘3 season’ tires. Knowing the return policy of the store I got them from, I returned them and got the set of Blizzaks. These are the best winter tires on the market, period. Any way - extra bonus, the DMV2’s were on clearance this fall (2026) and I was lucky enough to find my size at a local CT store and I saved at least $110 per tire! I’m sure the newest version of the Blizzak, the IcePeak will be just as good or better than the DMV2’s, but I was happy to get out the door for under $1000 for my 4 new 275/65R18 Blizzaks on my 2023 F-150. In addition to all that, I got $135 in Canadian Tire money! Get yourself a Triangle Mastercard and then load your offers in the app!

Q: 2019 RAM Classic 1500 5.7 hemi. I have a set of 17" rims from my 2014 RAM. The new RAM has 20" rims with 275 tire size. Can I use the 17" with the corresponding 275 tires on my new truck? Will the wheel diameter be the same?

A: This will likely not work for you as the rim diameter must be the same for your tire to fit the wheel. Tires that came on a 20” wheel will not fit a 17” wheel. (This does not take into consideration whether your 17” wheels will fit your new vehicle). If you would like to purchase a set of wheels to fit your new vehicle and your new tires, please use our vehicle selector tool to shop by products that are compatible with your vehicle. Once you have filtered by vehicle, you can shop by wheels that have the same diameter as your tires (sounds like it’s 20”). Please contact your local Canadian Tire Service Centre for assistance with choosing a wheel or a new set of tires.
