The 3 Peak Mountain Snowflake symbol indicates the tire is rated for Severe Snow Service. This is the acceptable standard for winter driving in Canada and provides improved safety on snow and ice.

Mud And Snow Rated

The M+S symbol differentiates an All-Season tire from a Summer only tire. While rated for light snow, they will not match a winter tire for traction or stopping distance on snow and ice.

Accepts Studs

This tire can have studs installed to provide additional mechanical traction on icy surfaces. Studded tires are prohibited by law in many provinces. Ask at your local Canadian Tire store.

Worst Customer Service i’ve ever had in my entire life

I ordered the set of winter tires and was excited to get them. Couple days later I checked on the website and it said that the tires are ready to be picked up with a green checkmark so I showed up the next day and the man said I needed some pick up code… well I never actually ended up receiving a pick up code, so I had to call Canadian tire customer service, which took a very long time. The man was nice and he said that he was emailing me to pick up chode and that it would all be figured out - but I never even received an email. I called back couple days later and finally the lady wouldn’t hang up the phone until I got the pick up code. After this long process, I had an appointment to get the tire studied, and when I showed up to pick them up, they completely forgot about them and hadn’t done a single thing to it. The employees there were brutal, and didn’t care - wasn’t their problem. 0 stars if i could.

Excellent tire

Excellent winter tire, used on silverado 1500 in canada put on in the fall and removed in the spring. About 70000k with 20% towing a trailer. Nice even wear and good traction. They were not lt tires but I never hauled close to the limit in winter. Not a big fan of directional tires for rotation positions but they do perform best.
