Vraiment parfait, permet de s'agenouiller sans douleur aux genoux, que ce soit dans le jardin ou sur le sol dans la maison ou le garage. Son épaisseur faire en sorte qu'on ne passe pas au travers en étant à genoux durant une longue durée. Peut aussi être utilisé pour faire des exercices au sol qui ne demandent pas un grand tapis.
