This is a handy little axe. You wont be chopping fire wood with it (at least at a fast rate) But it is very handy for around the backyard maintenance.

I got this axe for about $7.00 using a gas coupon last year, and it's excellent. Seems like another well made Mastercraft product. It's light enough for trail walks, backpacking etc., but strong enough for serious use.

good axe for the weekend trips where you have precut wood however for the long trips with the boys in the woods your gonna want something a lil bigger for taking down some serious fire wood
