    Hello there! Thank you for your inquiry. If the blade is not turning or cutting, first make sure the battery packs are properly installed in the mower. To start the mower, press and hold the lock-off button, then pull the start bar up toward the upper handle and keep it held in position during operation. Releasing the start bar will stop the motor and blade.
    For self-propelled models, the blade will not operate by using the self-propel engagement bar alone. The start bar must be engaged first to start the mower and activate the blade. Once the mower is running, the self-propel bar can be pulled up to engage the drive system.
    Before starting, it is also recommended to set the mower to the highest cutting height so the blade is not resting deep in the grass, which can make starting more difficult.
    If the mower still does not start or the blade does not turn after following these steps, please reach out to us at reviews@positecgroup.com and an agent will be happy to assist further.

    Discontinued and no parts available.

    Discontinued so I phoned Yardworks who verified that and no parts are available which includes the blade. So if anything wears out or breaks within the 5yr warranty or beyond it becomes a heavy paper weight. Even on clearance this is too overpriced and a waste of hard earned money. Stay away from CT brands because they are all the same.

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    I went in at the right time, they had $200 discount on this fabulous machine. 96 volt with two 48 volt batteries. I've cut twice still on the same charge amazing power and unbelievably light to handle.
