The Yardworks 5/8-in Brass Male End Garden Hose Mender repairs cut or torn hoses to extend their life. It is an ideal hose repair accessory found in the garden shed of every DIYer. You can easily replace the attachment end of any 5/8-inch garden hose with this heavy-duty hose repair. Built from high-quality brass, the male hose mender is durable and long-lasting. The solid machine construction ensures crush-proof technology so you can use the mender without worrying about bends or cracks. The heavy-duty stainless steel clamp secures the hose and provides a tight connection. The hose coupling features Yardwork's premium-grade washer that is conditioned to hold its shape for the optimal seal. To fix a broken hose, simply cut the hose ends into a square shape and fit them into the interlocking parts of the mender. This garden hose repair should be used for cold water and outdoor irrigation use only.
