very bad product! plastic knob just break at fist try, the small pin at the end did the same. On top of that the frame band. hoping to get my money back or credit in store.

Should have read the reviews. Flimsy casting that bends as soon as you start turning the bolt to pull the wiper off. This drives the bolt off center and stops the tool from doing what it needs to do. Back to the store it goes, and the experience leaves me less likely to shop again at Canadian Tire.
