Bread stuck to pan

Didn't grease and flour pans because you claim it is non-stick ware. Well just ruined to loaves of Strawberry Nut bread. Will use again,but will grease & flour pans.

not exactly "metal tool safe"

I bought large loaf pan about a year ago for banana bread baking. Happy with it overall, however... The label advertises it as "metal tool safe", so I was using butter knife (which is not as sharp as a regular knife) to remove the loaf, and it left scratches on the pan. That's why I would recommend it to a friend, with a warning : "Do not use metal tools!"
