Bought 3 of these to upda

Bought 3 of these to update older ones in our baking company kitchen. Found each batch had burned bottoms if we wanted the tops to be brown after trying them on 3 different shelves. . Searched the internet and found the same problem posted. Suggested to use another pan underneath since the bottom gets too hot. I tried that and it does work well. The muffins come out fine but it's a hassle fitting the muffin pans on a base pan- and still having room on the shelves. I have one older pan that this will fit in and that works too, but really counted on great muffins using only the muffin pan. We do about 300/week and thought Wilton brand would be the top choice....not so sure now!

Excellent product. Muffins bake consistently every time. Pan is an easy cleanup. I need to replace an older muffin pan with another one of these. I am new to baking and all my muffins have turned out excellent, never a reject.

I loved this muffin pan!

I loved this muffin pan! It's heavy duty and baked very evenly. I had no issues with clean up whatsoever. I sprayed all but one to see if it would stick. It was a little stickier, but I ran a knife around the muffin and it pulled out with no problems. I am a big fan of Wilton products. Thanks for such a great pan!
