This unit would not install in the proper position. the bracket would only tighten in the upside down position. . tried it at 2 houses. the pause button does not pause the stream. it reduces it but not much. the unit also started leaking at the joints of the mounting bracket. i bought this for my disabled father ..what a disaster...he was so upset with it.....

If you want to get a lousy drizzle on you, then please purchase this product. This is the worst shower head ever. It does not have 5 settings, it has 3 all in the water saving mode. This product does not work as advertised. I purchased it on sale at my local store, and it could have been free and it was not worth installing.

This is a nice shower head. The different water settings are great. Water pressure is strong and build quality of the shower head itself seems to be good. I would recommend this if you are looking for a good shower head but don't want to break the bank.
