One way hose

Did the install twice with some serious head scratching in between. I hadn’t noticed that I had bought a hose with flood protection, and failed to read the instructions. After I figured out that the hose only worked in one direction, everything worked out just fine

Check water presurre before buying

Flood protection feature works. However make sure to check water pressure to be high enough so it doesnt trigger the flood protection. I end up returning after install and do another trip to the store to get just get a regular water intake line.
