Purchased this Wahl product a while ago and waited too long to use it before I can return it...now I am stuck with it and it is going straight into the garbage! While the battery holds its charge well, I am very dissapointed with the way it cuts, because it doesn't. It pulls the hair with every single stroke - painful! I have tried using it different ways and even researched to see why it could be pulling rather than cutting. I have lubricated it to see if this helps - nope. The plastic sizing clips are also of poor quality. They don't stay on well, and a couple have already broken. I have used Wahl products before and was satisfied - this one doesn't come close to deserving a favourable review from me. Would have given it a 2-star for the quality of the battery/charge...but I can't even use it so the great battery is useless to me!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Pour ceux qui vont chez la coiffeuse pour un simple rase bol pour 20$,ou pour le faire a ton chum,n'allez pas plus loin vous avez le produit qu'il vous faut chez cdn tire!Charge le 5 heures,met 2 ou 3 gouttes dessus,l'hubrifie le et fais t'a job,ultra facile a faire il y a des photos pour te montrer comment :) Je l'ai fais tout seul et on pense que c'est dur mais c'est extra facile je vous le garanti.Le seul problème est que sa demande une bonne job pour nettoyer :D

Great Product

This product does exactly what it was made for - trimming. I have used this product to buzz my head for the past 3 years and for a period of time, trim my beard. The battery life is definitely well worth the charge and I have zero complaints about this product. In terms of vibration/noise from other reviewers - I assume all cordless trimmers of this size will produce this type of output - it isn't built to cut your hair at the library, it's meant to get the job done.

We appreciate your support and completely agree with your analysis....the ideal would be a hair kit with all the features that our Lithium Ion technology offers (long run time, quick recharge, and more power) at half the sound but we have not yet figured out a way to do ALL of that so it probably does make a bit more noise than some other kits.
