Great set for low price

Just bought it, used first time and it worked great. My boys look so nice as they've got professional hair cut. We will see how it works in the long run, but good beginning.

Great product, robust and easy-to-use. It's a little heavy but you quickly get used to it. Cuts hair really short if you want to (that's what I needed) and it still cuts very well after several years of use (once per week).

Not Worth The Money

The Wahl Colour Pro kit does not work as well as it should as it does not cut nearly close enough nor evenly enough (and yes, they were properly adjusted as I have been shaving my head for 20+ years so I know exactly how to set, and use, hair clippers). In comparison to the Colour Pro, my almost 20 year old Wahl clippers, which are currently on their last legs, do a far better job. This is the third Wahl model that I have tried in the last couple of months and I have been disappointed in all of them. My old unit seems to be far better than current Wahl products which is a disappointment as I would have thought that the products would have improved over time. Despite my loyalty to Wahl products over the last two decades, I am seriously considering buying another brand when I return the Colour Pro unit - I never thought that I would switch brands but, sadly, that is what it has come to.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Hi ABBF - we are very sorry to hear about your disappointment. I have no explanation for why your last 3 models have disappointed you versus your 20 year old Wahl. All I can suggest is very bad luck. We have learned a lot in 20 years and are making clippers every bit as good as the 20 year old Wahls if not better, but clearly we have disappointed you. Can I suggest calling our Customer Service Centre and discussing your needs with our Service Manager - he might be able to help you zero in on the right clipper kit for you.
