decent but not great

it's okay - the blades are not very sharp as it pulled some of my hair rather than cut it; nb., yes, I did properly oil the blades as directed before using the clipper. This was more problematic when I added the attachments. I ended up purchasing another clipper as well - which seems to be of superior quality (Conair pro). This one will just serve as a back up unit.

Q: The charging indicator red light stay on after charging 15 hrs. ? Not sure the clipper after full charged and the red light still on ? just want to know. thanks everyone !

A: Thank you for your inquiry! This unit has a charge indicator light, it will be on as long as the unit is plugged in. It will not turn off or change colour when fully charged. Hope this helps!

Q: Could you safely use this for shaving a cat that has gotten all matted? She is part Persian, super thick hair and I want to make sure I can't nick her skin. She is very docile and will sit patiently. The cat trimmer is working but it takes too long.

A: Hi Catmom, It is so hard to tell you the right thing to use without seeing your cat or knowing the coat type. The best product we have for this type of thing that might work is called our Groom Pro kit here at Canadian Tire. Search Wahl Groompro….it has a powerful rotary motor and will give you the best chance of success. Thank you for the question and good luck to you!!

Q: What type of Battery? What type and Ah battery is in this unit? It is replaceable?

A: Hi fzbw, Thank you for your interest in the Colourpro rechargeable kit. The battery for the main clipper is NIMH and is not replaceable. It does have a 60 minute run time and this unit is adaptable for worldwide voltage making it great to travel with. The smaller trimmer is operated by a single double AA battery (not included).
