Looks nice , but it's warped.

Looks nice but, it's warped. It must have been made with wet wood. I never wash it in the dishwasher but it warped any way. one side is dished and it wiggles a lot which is dangerous. It is varnished , not oiled which is a concern.
I don't like satin polyurethane in my food.

Beautiful and functional!

Beautiful new addition to my kitchen! Easy to use and clean. Love how it's gentle on the knives and reversible for both chopping and serving. Only thing I wish it had was grooves/padding to prevent it from sliding.
