For the best results, the unit should be placed in an open area with a clear line of sight, as ultrasonic sound waves cannot travel through walls, furniture, cabinets, or other solid objects. If rodents are entering from multiple areas or moving between rooms, additional units may be needed to provide full coverage. We also recommend sealing entry points and removing food sources to help prevent mice from returning. When used as part of an integrated rodent control plan, these steps can significantly improve effectiveness.

These units are designed to help reduce rodent activity over time, and results are typically seen within 6–10 days as rodents become affected by the changing environment.

For best performance, proper placement is important. The ultrasonic frequency can bounce off hard surfaces, such as walls, which helps the sound travel through an area, but it can also be absorbed by soft materials, such as furniture, carpeting, and curtains. Because of this, we recommend placing the units in open areas where the sound can travel as freely as possible.

Don't waste your money

I bought the six pack and got them all setup throughout my 900sq/ft mobile home. 3 were in the kitchen alone. The next morning there is literally mouse droppings a foot from one of the repellents. On top of that, my cat disappeared underneath our bed and was acting seriously frightened. She returned to normal the moment we removed them from the plugs. I would really not recommend these. A huge waste of money. And yes, they were placed in open places and multiple in areas to account for sound penetration.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Ultrasonic rodent repellents are designed to make an area less comfortable for rodents, but they do not typically cause an immediate change in activity. In many cases, rodent activity is reduced gradually over 6–10 days as rodents are exposed to the sound and begin avoiding the treated area. Seeing signs of activity shortly after installation can occur while the device is beginning to work.

For best performance, placement is important. The ultrasonic frequency travels through open areas, bounces off hard surfaces such as walls and floors, and is absorbed by soft materials such as furniture, curtains, and carpeting. Because of this, placing the units in open areas away from large soft furnishings can help maximize coverage.

These ultrasonic repellents are designed to be safe for use around ferrets, hedgehogs, birds, reptiles, turtles, frogs, dogs, and cats. However, pets can have individual sensitivities and may react differently to changes in their environment. If your pet shows signs of discomfort, we recommend monitoring their behavior and adjusting placement if needed.

A: It is the best rodent defender. All my neighbors use it in their homes, garages, crawl space, basements. We are all very please with the results to keto rodents away as we live in the country and have all struggled with finding a workable solution for those of us that also travel. There is absolutely no sound and does not impact humans.

A: We didn’t see any mice after we used them but we also had a pest removal technician come in at the same time. We don’t know if the device would work on it’s own.
